Q: What does the 'bag' represent?

A: It's like a shopping cart but more like a dirty sack. Clicking on it shows you what's in your 'shopping' bag.

Q: When I click on 'checkout', a box pops up asking me about security or something.  Is this ok?

A: Yes, it's our secure server taking over to manage the transaction encrypting your data 128bit style. 

Q: The browser is warning me that I am at "www.wootini.com" and that the secure certificate belongs to "wootini.com".  Is this something to be concerned about?

A: No, "www.wootini.com" and "wootini.com" are the same host. 

Q: When I go to checkout, do you have other options other than 'UPS Ground'?

A: Yes and no.  We are working on adding other Shipping methods and this will be available soon.  In the comments section, make a note that you would like to use another shipping option, and we will be sure to follow your request as best we can. 

Q: What happens if I clicked back and sent you multiple payments?  How will I know?

A: You will know this immediately, because there will be several emails sent to you telling you about your payment.  In the future, don't click the back button.  In the present, do send an email to sales@wootini.com with "Double Payment" in the subject and we will verify and fix the problem.

Q: Now that I've made my order what will happen now?  When will my package arrive?

A: Before telling you to visit the Info page that has all the information regarding our policies, we can tell you in short - it will be packaged and processed promptly by our team of audaciously quick seal-men who will work hard - or else.   So don't worry, if there is a problem we'll contact you right away.
